  1. For the first 7 days, you will eat a very restricted elimination diet. This diet is designed to eliminate the most common food allergens and intolerances. During this time, you will only eat the following foods:
  • Plain, grilled chicken or fish
  • Brown rice
  • Steamed vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, celery)
  • Unsweetened almond milk
